- Prices are reasonable, donテ「竄ャ邃「t go if you are looking for customer service though. Itテ「竄ャ邃「s almost like, the lady I talked to this morning, was going out of her way not to be helpful.

- The reservation process was easy. Finding my unit was a nightmare. No one in the office, a map to my unit was not available, I called the 800 # several times only to be transferred to a voicemail. The information I received stated Building A1400. Building A had units up to 1100. Finally, an employee walked up and told us the unit was in building B. Very much a waste of my time.

- I have already left 2 reviews. One for a contest to win 500$ which is probably a lie since ya'll sold me a cylinder lock (required to lock unit) for 22$. The exact lock i could have gotten on Ebay for less than $5. The facility and staff are amazing but selling a lock for a 400% markup is absolute bull. So there's the review you keep asking for. Stop emailing me

- Not the best start. I had an appointment at 10:30 Oct. 25. I was there on time with a truck load of stuff to store. The office was closed. I later found out that the manager had taken the day off and recommended l go to another Public Storage (PS) facility. I did. But that office was closed to. We called PS # and completed the on line register and got the unit # and access code. Went back to Watagua. Unit 422 was dirty but we loaded our stuff but the latch did not work. I canテ「竄ャ邃「t lock the unit. Called PS. They gave us unit 421. We moved our stuff into it and locked the unit. We were charged for two units plus two admin and lock fees. Working on refunds now. The very very nice lady at the PS facility on Beach Str and N Tarrant Parkway was so helpful and facilitating. She helped reduce the anxiety. We want to thank her. All is good now.

- Everything was great regarding customer service. The only thing that was more expensive than told about were 2 things; 1) Even though I was moving from one Public Storage unit to another, the new facility used a DIFFERENT type of lock so my just recently purchased lock (2 months old) couldn't be used at new facility. After trying 5 other lock places (including a locksmith), new lock was so new that none of these had it. Had to s pool end $20 at new Public Storage unit to get lock. 2) No where on the website or when talking to the facility before going to rent the unit was O rver told about the insurance fee. Very frustrating as it was an additional $11 that I was not told about in advance so I could budget for it.

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in North Richland Hills, Texas is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout Texas, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in North Richland Hills, Texas.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.
Are there free storage deals in North Richland Hills, Texas?
Many companies offer promotions for new customers, such as a free first month. Search by your zip code or distance to locate cheap storage units that come with the first month free and other decent storage discounts. Take advantage of specials if you're a first-time renter.
How do I find the cheapest storage in North Richland Hills?

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
