- I would highly recommend this place except for the fact that my combination to my lock did not work for 2 and 1/2 days. I had called customer service and was given a new code which didn't work either. My stuff sent outside the unit for quite a while while I tried to contact customer service again. On my fourth phone call I finally received the correct code to my lock and was able to move in

- This storage unit provides climate controlled units and is two stories. Plenty of room and even has a drive through lane to get you closer the units in the back. The only thing I didn’t like is the mandatory insurance coverage. I could live without that because it’s an extra $144 a year.

FENCE ON THE BACK OF PROPERTY WAS CUT OPEN, OUR CYLINDER LOCK CUT OFF, ALONG WITH ANOTHER UNITS, AND THINGS WERE STOLEN... THIS FACILITY DOES NOT CARE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN THE SAME STATE AND THEY DON'T CARE.
