After 2 days moving into the bigger unit my lock was removed off door and a tote was stolen from me. I don't feel comfortable at all and I'm removing my stuff and going elsewhere

I am just reaching out to her after being in hospice care for 65 days to see if I am still able to access my locker however so I am extremely hopefully that it is not to late and I am able to retrieve my belongings. Even if she were to hold them for collateral until I repay the past due month but my children's keep sakes are in there. I literally have lost my home, my job, the man I thought was going to be my life partner, as well as my sanity and dignity so I truly am hopeful that she will be willing to work with me to getting my things back so I am able to give them to my kids for their kids someday :/

- When I first walked in it was after 5pm and the lady was kinda mad at me for coming in cause they don't do reservations after 5. I was a bit mad myself with how she handled the situation, but I let it go. She was very helpful and willing to show me a larger unit space when I saw what I originally wanted wouldn't be big enough. Overall I am very pleased with how my interaction with the lady in the office ended!
