- Reserving the unit was easy and the customer service representative was helpful. The local manager was informative and let us know the doors in the facility were being replaced but our unit would not be in the day we needed to move in. On the day of move in we arrive and the aisle/drive our our reserved unit is blocked by workers, roll up doors, trucks and tools. We contacted the office but no answer so we asked the workers to move and begrudgingly they did. To facility seems clean and easy to find. Access with a 26" moving truck can be difficult as the aisle are narrow but doable.
