- I needed a unit asap. When I spoke with Alexa on the phone to reserve I chose the 5x5. I then went to office next day and Alexa brought me to the unit. As soon as she opened it I realized that I made a mistake and needed a5x10. She was so kind and told me no worries that I could just transfer payment made to the new unit. The next unit she picked was made out of pure thoughtfulness as she gave me I unit where the parking was flat to make the unpacking easier for me and I think she could see how much I was struggling .
