- This was a very pain-free experience to reserve, secure, and access the storage facility. It only took a short time. I think in total I may have spent 30 minutes total. The two ladies I spoke with were also very profesional, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure I understood everything followed up when our call dropped, and helped make it easy to find the storage at the facility. The app, website, and emails also were informative, clear, and helped make a complete experience.

- Great initial experience. Move in day was met with an abrupt employee who chastised our holding open the door with furniture while we u loaded the truck. We weren't aware of any signs and no one viewing us from the office offered suggestions. Just chastised.

- Climate controlled. Easy access to upper floors with large walk-in elevators. Rent will increase after I believe 6 months - not great but at least that item was made clear. It happened before for me with Cubesmart and the monthly payment eventually increased from 60 something dollars to over 100. Maybe they all play that game? I don't know but I wanted the 1 free month (free as far as the basic rate but there is an admin fee and insurance)
