Calling Janelle along the way on the day we were due in Portland without a place for all of our stuff, relieved one of those headaches. - A pipe burst in one of the bathrooms and our home was effectively flooded. Fast forward a couple of days and you find is moving the contents of our home into a storage unit as per the request of the restoration team. I scrambled for storage and the call center gent was quite helpful (just forgot to mention the $20 lock you're required to purchase) and the lady at the main onsite office was great. Thank you for making a crazy stressful time alittle less stressful...at least in regard to storage.
