- When I arrived to move my stuff in I realize the storage unit was too small. The manager took me back into the office to find a bigger unit or to find another property. He found another storage unit closer to where I lived and a bigger unit and still gave me the same price I was going to pay for the smaller unit, I was very happy and pleased to do business with Public Storage.

- My husband and I are moving to a house that does not have a garage. Until we buy a shed for the "garage stuff" we needed to rent a storage unit. My husband went on-line and found a storage unit to rent at Public Storage on Powell for a great price. The manager (please forgive me, I can't remember her name) was very knowledgeable and friendly. We filled out the paperwork, bought some awesome boxes (I usually use boxes from behind the grocery store) and she walked us over to our unit. Everything, from the outside of the storage, to the inside was very clean and tidy. We felt well taken care of and I would definitely recommend Public Storage to any one needing to rent from a storage facility.
