- The staff was filling in the day I rented my storage unit at this location. The computer system was also down. Therefore I had an extended wait, and I was offered a 5x10 for tge price of a 5x5. But then I received an email stating that I was being charged double what I signed for and was told by the staff I was contracting for. I called but there was no a swer, I guess their phone system is down too. I sent an email as well to support and waiting for them to correct the erroneous additional bill. I am a bit frustrated by the process and wish someone would simply take care of this.
