Review: I wish I could give a good review, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience, in which the staff tried to process my payment with first a debit card, then a credit card, resulting in five (!) false payments, which they then claimed would not be charged (not true, they were charged to my cards). When I contacted them a few days later after it was apparent the charges were sticking, they told me they would clear it up and get back to me that afternoon, which they never did. Ultimately, they told me I had to contest it with the banks, which I did, and which you may understand takes up hours of my time. I am very very disappointed with the lack of professional accountability and systemic problems with your payment processing systems.

Review: They are very well trained in customer service, he went above and beyond to make sure my code worked.it took awhile but he made sure it was working properly. The environment is very calm, clean, very up to pare with security for our protection of our belongings. I have full trust in my belongings being taking care of without my worries of some person trying to steal my stuff. I would totally recommend to more people to rent a storage space as I recommended 4 people so far to switch storage places. Thanks you for your service.

Review: The only reason I wouldn’t, is because of the high crime rate, and mass amount of druggies that store their stuff here. The staff has always been amazing, and the facility is nice, but it’s a dog eat dog world when it comes to parking or using a dolly!

The initial check in process was difficult, my booking wasn’t available and ultimately I had to pay for a larger unit for an additional price but the staff, especially Esther, were nothing but helpful during the entire process. Review: I believe his name is Craig. I'm so sorry if that isn't right because he remembered my name from day one. He really went above and beyond in more ways than one. I left another storage facility after a week because it did not deliver what was promised, which was access until 10 pm. There was almost always a cart there to use except on the busiest days. I only had one problem there which was some rando yelling at me but I told Craig when I was done loading stuff and he immediately took action. The next time he saw me around he made sure to find me and tell me what he did about it. I seriously hope to never need another storage unit but if I do and it makes sense I would definitely use this place again. Far and away better than the last place, which by the way, just hit me up with a bill, a month later, for services I cancelled and did not use. This SecureSpace is the way to go.

Review: They say it's one fee then over charge then say you'll get a refund once u move out and here it is no refund. I'm having my bank investigate along with all the emails ans contract. Dont me wrong manager guys pretty cool but I want the refund I was told I'd get over week ago and I'll I'm getting is excuses. And then they didn't even submit the refund when they said they were. And that's on the DM and acct dept.

Review: The customer service was great, he walked me through everything and the pricing is amazing for what you’re getting. I got half off for two months and paid for the first two months + deposit + lock and key + insurance all for under $200. For someone with not a lot of money and a need for a good secure storage space, this is the perfect choice for me. 100% would recommend to anyone else. The fact that you need a code to get in and to go up the elevator makes it feel very secure.

Review: I wish there was a Maybe option for recommending this facility to a friend. The staff is helpful and does there best with what they have to work with. So there are pro's mainly around staff. However, the facility seems to always have issues. The entry door often breaks and doesn't allow entry without management coming to assist and have it fixed again. The elevators seem to always have issue and one has been down for quite some time. This makes me wonder about getting stuck inside. The parking is horrible. If you are lucky to get one out of the three spaces available for loading and unloading then its ok. I have went for a quick drop off to find 13 different cars packed into 3 slots, parked over top each other, and down fire lanes. Kudos to management out there maybe trying to help. They recently put islands in the busy street out front and you have to drive far out of the way if coming from wrong direction just to get into lot. The facility itself is clean and management does its best to keep people living out of lockers to a minimum. They generally come after office closes or on weekend. So there are a lot of positives, just functionally difficult to deal with and have to have a lot of patience. Most people are friendly, but some are just angry and no patience like rest of world so come prepared. I really wish there was a indoor facility in Gresham

Review: I removed my items from storage before the first, and made sure I got it done before the office closed. I cleaned up the unit, and removed my lock. When I went to the office to tell them it's now unoccupied there was no one in the office. I tried calling back later and no answer. I called back early the next morning and was told there was nothing they could do and still charged me for a FULL month's rent. Wouldn't even budge trying to work with me. I don't recommend renting here. Also their storage carts are so jenky that it will shake all your items off and break them unless you stop every 10 feet to adjust.

I'm pretty sure there is someone living on the 2nd floor in the NE corner of building. We even heard them telling their dog to be quiet. I won't be going at night. This is my only reason for reducing by one star.

Review: We are happy to find a storage unit so close to our house. The woman at the front is very nice and made it super easy to get set up with our unit. The storage area inside is very clean. There are some issues to be aware of though. We have been there twice now and both times there has been people parked there for a long time. Often it does not seem they need to be there that long but they are hanging out there and meeting other people to chat. We went there yesterday and there was someone there who had left his truck in one of the parking spaces ( there are not very many) and then went over to visit with someone in their car who had been in the storage unit and was parked in the fire lane. The first time we came there after setting up our account there were three people unloading a huge amount of bike frames, tires, wheels, etc. of both adult and childrens bikes. Most of these were taken apart. The guy kept saying that they were donated to them. Of course our first suspicion was that these were stolen bikes that had been taken apart so they could not be identified and that they are storing them there to hide them and possibly put together in the storage unit to resell. I suspected that we would have people with suspicious behaviors at this location because of the neighborhood. We were hesitant to rent here because of this issue. We do not feel like we can trust many of the people that frequent this storage area so we always make sure our car is locked and never leave anything unattended. We hope that security is keeping a good eye out for people loitering, staying in the parking places too long, and any suspicious behavior inside and outside the storage spaces.

I've already arrived and had no place to park and the place is only partially full. Once all the units are sold I imagine this will be a large issue.
