- I made a reservation on 5x12'. Only was told it is not available 1 week later when I went on site to make payments. I, however, was offered a 10x10 or 5x 10 space, which wasn't ideal. I would give 5 Star if they would honer 5x12 space. But their did have amazing customer service and people work there was super nice and made everything easier. The space was clean and well mentioned.

- After being shown 2 different sized storage areas and having over a week to decide, I selected the unit I needed. The introductory price, the cleanliness of the facility and the help of the customer service people were big factors in my decision. The only problems I had were in providing a valid I.D.. ( I was told my New Jersey State issued non-drivers photo Identification wasn't acceptable.) And cash wasn't acceptable as payment. In spite of these things, I would still recommend this Cube Smart location.
