- We have never had a better experience than we did checking into our Public Storage Unit in South Plainfield N.J. We have rented from others but by far Cleon the manager was outstanding!! She was pleasant from the minute we walked into the rental office. She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and an absolute delight to do business with. She helped and made suggestions thru the whole process. I hope the management of Public Storage realize the tremendous asset they have in Cleon. Having checked in and made several trips to fill the storage unit I find the facility clean, well lite and laid out well. Courtesy carts always seem to be available and ample parking to off load your items. The Public Storage APP is outstanding providing easy access to the security gates and the elevator. I cannot say enough about Public Storage on McKinley St in South Plainfield N.J.

AJ was extremely helpful, found a perfect size unit, great price and even kindly offered to stay a few minutes later if necessary if the movers couldn't make it ontime as I was still trying to coordinate them. - Our experience checking in was flawless, the facility is extremely clean, and there were plenty of dollies to get the job done. There is a covered loading dock which we especially appreciated because it was raining. However, we were told we had to buy a lock from them which was $20 so we did. When we opened our storage unit for the first time there was a welcome bag which included the same lock we just purchased. The top of the packaging was cut so we couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t return it.
