- They need to update the data to reflect the correct size of the units so when you pay for a unit you actually have the correct size unit when you arrive.

- This is a brand new facility that is close to UNH in Dover. It is super clean and temperature controlled. The price was great due to the 50% off discount for 3 months. Julie in the office is fantastic and answered all my questions over the phone. When you get there, you just use an app to open the door and your unit so no added fee for a lock. There are carts available for your use as well. And there were no hidden administrative fees. I plan to use this place for my daughter's four years at college every summer. Cannot say enough good things about it!

- The biggest issue I have is with hidden fees and weird pricing. After spending about an hour waiting my turn in line and finally touring my prospective unit, I was ready to sign up. Only then do they mention a hidden $25 move-in fee, and that insurance is required (the cheapest they offer is $10/month). Furthermore, the staff was unable to answer any questions about what the insurance actually provides. The insurance sheet says conflicting things in a very short space: "covers flooding" (in bold), and then a few paragraphs later "does not cover any water damage" (also bold). Well which is itjQuery111009210271696519456_1506618810967?
While the staff I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating, I have a few issues with this Life Storage facility. The buildings seem quickly renovated or thrown up and there is practically no security (no cameras on or inside dark buildings). My unit has nails protruding from the walls and several holes / dents. The entry codes are a mere 5 digits and they suggest birthdays, so you can imagine how hard it would be to guess a random code and gain entry. They also close at 10pm for some reason, even though they are unstaffed at that time. Why not be open 24 hours/day?

Finding and renting self-storage facilities in Dover, New Hampshire is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving storage facilities throughout New Hampshire, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Dover, New Hampshire.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location.
Are there free storage deals in Dover, New Hampshire?

How do I find the cheapest storage in Dover?
You can sort by price, from low to high, to find affordable options on our website. Away from the city center, you have a better chance of finding inexpensive storage rental solutions. The facility's size and amenities affect the monthly price.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
