- This is a brand new facility that is close to UNH in Dover. It is super clean and temperature controlled. The price was great due to the 50% off discount for 3 months. Julie in the office is fantastic and answered all my questions over the phone. When you get there, you just use an app to open the door and your unit so no added fee for a lock. There are carts available for your use as well. And there were no hidden administrative fees. I plan to use this place for my daughter's four years at college every summer. Cannot say enough good things about it!

- Everything went smoothly. Storage area is clean. Door is tough to unlatch however. Only concern I have is that I signed up for a storage unit for $62.00 a month for a full year but then I was told by the manager working on the day I arrived that the price was only good for three months! That is not what my contract states. I hope you will honor the $62.00 per month as I had understood the overall price to be.

All of my worries were washed away when I found life storage in Lee, NH. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but I received a phone call within 15 minutes of making a reservation to discuss my needs and expectations of this facility. I showed up and was relieved at the availability of parking outside of the office/property. When i went into the office and introduced myself, Wendy said she had been expecting me and was extremely helpful in answering last minute questions I had, and making me feel confident and comfortable in deciding to rent a space in their facility. The customer service I not only received, but also witnessed was beyond my expectations. Thanks to Wendy for making what should have been a banal task, a surprisingly comfortable and genuinely good experience.
