- I had a reservation with multiple emails, a confirmation code, the dates and the price with the first month free. When I get there, they say there is no reservation for me and they can move me in but it’ll be an additional $20 dollars and they couldn’t figure out how to put in my free month. I tried calling the Help number and got bumped to another associate who did not listen to me tell her I had a reservation. Unfortunately I had to move in anyways due to the fact that I was being moved out of my apartment that day. After two hours there and multiple trips to the office because of misinformation I finally got everything situated. While the employee actually in the office was kind and the first associate I spoke with on the phone was helpful, no one else even listened or cared to look at my reservation. I would not recommend this storage to anyone.

- Oh my God, the people at the facility were so wonderful in moving Us in earlier than what we expected due to it being an out-of-town move and we are so grateful to have everything plain and simple. It was explained properly shown to the facility shown to the unit and we thought we were going to have to get a different unit but the staff there really made it worth staying and we are grateful. Thank you for giving us peace in the midst of our storm!
