I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer calls from phone numbers I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know so they were very clear with information in voice mail. They let me know ahead of time that there were a lot of reservations on my date and sent me paperwork to complete before hand. They let me know that my lock and key was placed and had my access code emailed to me. It was really streamline and easy! I really appreciated the service and simplicity of it, even in this pandemic status.

- The storage unit was beautiful and almost brand new. The location was convenient and easy to access. The staff were helpful and the reservation process was quick. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was that I had to pay an additional 19.99 for the keys that lock and unlock the unit. I was expecting to pay $1 for my first month's rent and a $24 one time administrative fee. Instead my first payment was a little over $46. Other than that it was a good experience.

The facility has had a lot of deferred maintenance and is a bit run down (lights not working, gate not working, elevator issues, etc.), but they are very courteous at both the corporate hq and the local level and the place is pretty clean and secure. Moved in today and other than the fact that you have as much paperwork as buying a house, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.
