I realized it was too small, and he found me a larger unit to meet my needs. I bought a lock, and he explained to me how it worked, as I had never seen a lock like that before. He also explained the insurance I put on the unit. I really appreciated the professionalism of Mike during our transaction.

I wasn't expecting that expense and if I had known that ahead of time I could have gotten insurance for probably less than I am having to pay through Public Storage.
