I noticed this yesterday morning and also again this morning. This concerns me over safety and security of people's possessions and the health and safety of this individual.

- From the time I set the reservation to the move in date, they were very helpful and communicative. I don’t answer calls from phone numbers I don’t know so they were very clear with information in voice mail. They let me know ahead of time that there were a lot of reservations on my date and sent me paperwork to complete before hand. They let me know that my lock and key was placed and had my access code emailed to me. It was really streamline and easy! I really appreciated the service and simplicity of it, even in this pandemic status.
