Secure facility with rolling carts to use and a loading and unloading dock with a huge door. Plus you get a lock, bottle of water and key chain with move in. Kris is amazing.

- Had a problem with the door. The customer service rep on the phone was very helpful and understanding. While she was not able to recognize my problem, her supervisor recognized my problem and I was able to complete moving my items into my storage room. The customer service rep should NOT be severely disciplined for her inability in recognizing my problem. She has excellent excellent telephone skills with the appropriate demeanor and rapport to handle difficult situations.
