- This is what you call your "Common" CON ARTIST! They are ever so pleasant when you check in- and there move in/ first few months specials are great... BUT WAIT- once your hit with their HUGE jump in price- so you suck it up and then go to move out- WATCH THE 10 DAY TERMINATION rule!!! They will get you- so you pay with your card- they had our notice we were 5 days shy of the 10 day rule- ok I get it so PRORATE the price- BUT NOPE they charged us a FULL MONTHS RENT- caused havoc on our account- They TOLD us when we handed in our termination notice that we were to take off our locks- BUT we still had 5 of the 10 days paid for- and here is the kicker- they will HOLD YOUR REFUND HOSTAGE something they could fix so easily they make so hard- we were told we would receive a PAPER check in the MAIL in 10-14 BUISNESS DAYS that means they would hold our money for almost a month!!!! BULL CRAP these people are CROOKS!!! BEWARE !!!!!
