- Upon my arrival I expected to have an excellent experience. I received several reminder emails along with a phone call to ensure my check in would be ran smoothly. Honesty speaking checking in for my unit rental was in fact a breeze however, the customer service I received from the store manager was very unpleasant. Absolutely no personality, no smile, no engagement, and no happiness, just plain old blah. In fact I asked her was she a morning person because I didn't know whether she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or if that was just how she greeted and interacted with her customers. The gentleman working beside her seemed more happy to help me than her. Which in my opinion should have been the other way around if she was the store manager. Kudos to her employee for being more willing to help me and was much more pleasant than her. Because had he not this store location would have lost my business as well as had a bad word of mouth experience from me.

Casey was very patience with me although it was almost time for her to go. She took the time to take me out and actually show me the unit! - I was having a very bad time, had to get all of my things and put them in storage. They provided a lock that doesn’t fit the latch on the storage space. I’m moving my things out in days and taking them elsewhere because when I realized the lock didn’t fit , I went to a closed office. Nobody answered the phone, and I put in a online complaint through the app and nobody got back to me. I had to leave my things in the facility unsecured, had to take a trip to Walgreens and buy a lock I shouldn’t have had to buy to begin with. To pay over a hundred dollars for such an experience was beyond me. I’m big on customer service and apparently this facility isn’t.it’s not even the money, it’s the principle, and I’ll be moving my things out tomorrow, only days into them being there. Even if it comes at a loss, I’ll go somewhere, where I’m valued as a customer.
