- I chose the location closest to my home, but the customer service rep who insisted on calling me and selling me on a bunch of unnecessary add-ons and automatic bill-pay enrollments never once confirmed the location I wanted my storage unit to be in. I, assuming that this customer service rep would be competent in at least confirming where I want the storage unit where there are many locations in a very close radius of each other and do not have clearly discerning names, blindly trusted them. I was very busy moving things that day and that was my mistake and assuming that I could trust someone to give me the location that I had chosen on the website. Not only did they not even confirm the location I wanted my storage unit in, once I arrived at the location that I chose for my storage unit, I got trapped in the facility for over an hour, and they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have customer service 24/7- which is what they literally advertise. I would give negative stars if I could.
