- I rented my space on 12/13/2013, and when I came back to store my belongings the stuff forgot to remove the lock Life-Storage places on for there sircuity purpose. This set me back and I was not able to move all my items in that one day with should have only taken me, for my truck rental was on a time schedule. My one day move became a three day move do to the stuff not removing the lock before leaving the facility which was open 9am-6pm on that day. I arrived at 2pm that day, causing me to wait 2 hours for her to return back at the facility. This mistake coast me more money because my one day move at that time became a three day move. Very dissatisfie!!!!!!!

- I had to pay an additional fee to the moving company to store my belongings overnight due to my unit being locked without my knowledge. I understand the policy of having to lock the units overnight however, this was never mentioned to me nor is it listed in my contract. If I were made aware I needed to provide a lock that day I would've done so. I called customer service and they were unable to locate where it states in my contract the unit will be locked by the facility if a lock is not placed the day of move in. I called the manager at this location Thomas Menard and received a voicemail...After moving my belongings out of the storage unit I was able to speak with Tom in person. He understood my frustration and waived my final bill due to the miscommunication. I appreciated the customer service provided by him and his staff!!
