Paperwork was a breeze to do and automatic payment made things very easy. Very happy all the way around. (BTW, no increases in the rates when we used them....I hope it's the same now.)

However, when it was time to set up the rental, charges were about $40 more than stated initially. Please be honest and forthcoming about all fees--including the lock and other administrative fees. I don't have any respect for a company that does not state actual fees upfront.
