- Very satisfied with the staff (Linda) and the cleanliness and ease of entry to the units. Our only complaint is we were told the first two units would be $1.00 each for the first month yet we were charged more for the 2nd one, told we'd we credited the difference. Natasha called the next day & said it was declined. I told her what we were told so she is checking on this & I'm giving a 5 star only because I am believing they will be trustworthy & give us what we were promised upfront. However their Covid-19 policy is over the top. Husband and I came in together. Rules say only 1customer allowed in at a time. Absolutely ridiculous when the customers are a married couple. Definitely overkill! ????
