- The staff very helpful and quick. Very little paperwork. And the area is very clean. The only complaint I have is, the only sensible, option is pulling into the garage. And it's a great option,unless someone parks right at the top of the ramp, so that no one else can get up there or makes it difficult. My power steering is out, in my van and it turned loading my storage unit, into a real workout. It was ridiculous. That's not on the storage company's f faults, necessarily, but it says something about the, inconsiderate, people that rent there. Just think about others, especially when others are around or could, potentially, come around. It could happen in public places. On a busy day, the ability to pull in, could do more harm, than good. I look forward to seeing the chaos ensue. Smh
