While we needed to upgrade our size, we were able to find one once we got to the facility and do so rather quickly. Would definitely recommend the location as it's fairly close to the highway and has access to major cross streets. The customer service and follow up was very timely and very friendly. - The folks at CubeSmart are great to work with. We are currently renting two units from them and were pleasantly surprised with the location, cleanliness and the customer service we received. For example, if you are unloading items from a semi-truck, many storage locations can't accommodate this size of the truck but for CubeSmart, you can actually pull up to the door to unload. Plus, Tamara at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and took it upon herself to find someone else in the building to help us move in a final, bulky and pesky item that we were having trouble with moving in. Thank you again CubeSmart. We are very happy and would hands down, easily lease from you again.

- Crespo was wonderful but I have only had the storage for a couple of weeks and both times I have gone to the storage the side door where you enter the building has been ajar and you don't need the code to get in. And the cart by the door seems to have a broken wheel or something so it is unusable. I did not mention it to Crespo since it was after hours both times. thank you.

- I am amazed. The facility is spotless, there is a truck available to move in FREE! The service is excellent, and if you need it you can access your storage 24 hours a day. It is easy access, and I didn't even know about the security cameras. The only reason it took more than 10 minutes for paperwork is I had too many questions. Staff answered them all. Go Uncle Bob!
