- The Storage employees were very helpful to set up and vacate the unit I worked with Mike and Kelly at Oakbrook Terrace -24802. I missed the move out time by 12 hours and got charged $116 when I paid only $77 for 30 days on the unit. I called Jeff Pattorff Distict Manager to maybe sort out the issue and just pay a late fee instead of another month but never got a hold of him, leaving multiple voice mails with no response.

- Pretty good setup. No frills but lots of units available when you need them. Drew was helpful and informative. The only thing to know beforehand is that there's a small monthly insurance fee from Public Storage to cover damaged goods. Other than that, everything was as communicated.
