I missed the move out time by 12 hours and got charged $116 when I paid only $77 for 30 days on the unit. I called Jeff Pattorff Distict Manager to maybe sort out the issue and just pay a late fee instead of another month but never got a hold of him, leaving multiple voice mails with no response.
