- I checked out of my unit actually going into office and notifying them I was out of my unit - no problem. Then next month I was billed on my credit card again and called them to let them know. They said I had not signed a form releasing unit, which how would I know unless they told me. Obviously would have signed - right!! They will not remove charge until I come in and sign - Are you kidding me!! I rented a unit for probably a year prior and this last time 5 months. NEVER AGAIN!!
