- I had scheduled the drop off of my trailer days in advance. When I arrived I was told there was a little snow back where I was to park the trailer. I realized too late that there was at least 8 inches of snow. I buried my truck and trailer. I spent 4 hours shoveling as I waited for the snow removal company to show up. The attendant that day was very nice, but it seems that this was out of his control. In my simple mind, I had made an appointment to drop off my trailer so it seems that management at this facility should have ensured that the snow was removed. To clarify, it had not snowed for several days so this was no surprise. I had traveled from South Dakota the day before and had planned to travel back that day. Due to this snow delay I could not get back to South Dakota and had to stay an additional night in a hotel. This failure to plan cost me in excess of $100.
