It was way nicer than the average units Iv seen and the entire property was clean and well kept. - My experience was extremely unpleasant. The manager at this facility has an unpleasant approach and is unprofessional. After dealing with her and her negative comments I decided to take my ID and walk off. I've rented storage here before and I would have left a better review, but management has changes. If you don't mind dealing with a fat, arrogant Caucasian bitch then by all mean go for it but if you are not up for bullshit and live peaceful in your own skin then this is not the place for you. Every day is a bad day for arrogant folks but there is no excuse for lack of empathy and lack of professionalism.
