- It was great to have the space available when I needed it. I would love to see the locations get email access so that it's easier to communicate with the management. I received a call on the 3rd of the month telling me that I had to make a payment for the balance of the month even though I had been told that I wouldn't have to pay until the end of the 30 day period. That was a little frustrating since I didn't plan to be in the unit past the initial 30-day period.

- My first unit was littered with rat feces and I was moved to another unit. I was charged again for thec2ndvunit even though I was only in the first unit for two days. I also had to move everything from the 1st unit to the 2nd unit with no assistance from the front desk. I truly hope there is no rodent issue with the 2nd unit because I dont want to come back to find my belonging ruind by the eats. The insurance will not be enough to cover my loses.
