- I couldn't complete the application online, despite spending 20 minutes with telephonic support - had to complete the application upon arrival at the physical storage. At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long. All costs should be made transaparent upfront like compulsory insurance and admin fee.

- The young man at the counter was nice, professional and helpful. The storage grounds are a bit of a dump and frankly I'm a bit concerned for long-term safety. It's generally tidy but the driveway has many uneven/broken places, there's a general smell of urine or something hanging around and several units are busted with stuff flowing out of the doors. If they're abandoned, they could at least clean them out, it does nothing for the appearance of the place or to instill a sense of safety.

- Derreck was very accommodating, efficient, and thorough. Within minutes upon entering, I felt I had made the correct decision to do business with this company. As the employees are a direct reflection of the business. If Derrick was applying to work at a company in which was the person hiring. I wouldn't let him out the door without an offer. Also, if roles were reversed, I would be humbled to work for and or with. In today's business world you have to strive to be better than everyone else every single second of everyday.
