- The customer service is spectacular. Barbara is amazing, she is very helpful and was willing to answer all my questions. The pricing online it said first month free and 25 dollar admin fee but the admin fee was 29 dollars so i was a little upset cause with insurance it came 41 dollars for the first month. But I like that it is climate controlled, it was very cool in the building and storage unit. I do think if i would have shopped around a little more i could have found better pricing but i was in a bind and Barbara was so kind to answer all my questions. The customer service really does make the company and Barbara is one of a kind.

- I recently rented space from this location. I have used them in the past & did not hesitate to contact them again. Customer service is important to me and is definitely a plus at this location. The front office staff is extremely pleasant & helpful. The person I rented from went out of the way to find the exact space I needed for my belongings. She was friendly & outgoing, making sure I had everything I needed. She helped us during the moving process keeping the door readily accessible which helped tremendously when moving alot of large items. I can't say enough good things about the staff, they're great! I wish all businesses had staff this friendly!

- I have to commend the manager, Jeremiah, at the Shallowford Road, Marietta, GA, location. He went to bat for me as a customer when a billing error occurred and corporate would not remove a $7 error because it was already billed! I told Jeremiah how ridiculous it was and how there are so many other storage facilities I could move to. He was willing to pay the $7 out of his own pocket. This was so over and above and not necessary. I asked him to have his boss call me to take care of this. Just that he was willing to do this speaks volumes.
