- My reservation was made at a different location. And I was given a deal of 1st month free. I accidentally went to the wrong location. And when my bill was written up Andria charged me $81 and now I'm going to be paying $75 each month extra. Because the Canton Rd location was only $45 I think. I'm very disappointed that Andria would not honor my reservation at the Canton Rd location. I'm going to have to move to a different storage. And also my new code did not work I sat for 30 minutes at the gate waiting to get in touch with her. She ended up having to give me her code to get in AND to get out. This is not an acceptable way to do new customers. I can't give a good rating I'm sorry but it 2as not a pleasant experience. Very disappointing

- I needed a 10x10 climate controlled unit and couldn’t find one under $130 anywhere until I found this place. They had a great deal for almost 1/2 price of the other places. It was way nicer than the average units Iv seen and the entire property was clean and well kept. I was also really impressed with the convenience of the electronic gate and door unlocking through the app and not having to remember the code to punch in.

- Good so far. I cam from Public storage who jacked up the price of a 10x15 by $30 after 3 months from $140 to $170. I hope this doesn't happen with Prime storage. I spoke with the store manager about this. I understand that prices may go up or down but they have to be reasonable. Being greedy doesn't help the business as clients leave and give you a bad review.
