One of the clerks checked on things and noticed that I hadn’t put my lock on my door, so she called and gave me a reminder to make sure that I remember to keep a lock on it. - Very friendly service but I was disappointed in the quality of the storage units. There were cracks in the walls that were not repaired. They did offer alternatives but most of the units were in the same condition. The prices are competitive but I ended up going elsewhere for storage.

- I t has been a good experience except for the fact that I had a 26 foot moving van and the corners are VERY TIGHT and they also allow motor homes and boats to park around the edges which makes navigating a moving van VERY DIFFICULT. I ended up hitting one of corner posts because of the very tight turn to get to my unit. Fortunately, I had purchased insurance on the truck where I had rented it, so it didn't cost me anything and I did not damage anything on the storage site. The office manager was very nice and helpful. I would gladly rent there again, but next time I will not rent such a long truck.

- The "over the phone" inquiry was clearly answered, the process to reserve a space was simple, and helpful, the agent showing us the unit was friendly, helpful and clear. The units are clean and clearly labeled. My only pause is that there is no light in the unit. We will have to take portable lighting when we go to work there and/or organize our shelves of music.

- The overall experience I had with Uncle Bob's storage was very fast, easy, and efficient! I'm not familiar with the Jacksonville area, and although I used there reservation option on line through there website, I unfortunately went to the wrong location. So even though I was able to make it there ruffly around closing hours (5:53 p.m.)I was still taken care of respectfully are professionally, (considering running slightly over closing time due to my lack of direction and time management)!
