- The Public Storage facility located at 6333 Arlington Expressway Jacksonville Florida is one big mouse and rats nest!! When we went to look at a unit we were shocked to see all the mice and rat poop in the unit! It was a 10' x 30' unit and as we got to the back of it, we saw the rodents pop their head through the holes in the bottom of the sheetrock walls! Because of the walls being sheetrock instead of concrete block, the rodents have taken over! If you have anything other than steel or tires to store, stay far away from this place!!

- I had a last minute change where I needed to delay my move-in day by 3 days and they didn't mind at all! Was very easy to change the date and I had no extra fee for the change. On moving day the woman at the desk was very helpful and attentive. The process to pay was quick and easy. The facility is well kept and clean which was big for me. I have seen other storage facilities that were dirty and definitely not suitable to store my household items in. Overall great people working the desk and very clean facility! Would recommend to others without a doubt.
