- I picked this place to park my vehicle for a couple months due to the price and location. I was quoted a price online and reserved my spot. When I went in the woman in the office had difficulty finding my reservation and when she finally did it was for more money. I was assured that with the discounts that she was going to apply that it would be the same. However, after the “discounts” I’m still being charged $10 more a month than quoted. It took almost an hour to go through the whole process of renting my spot. The woman in the office was really struggling through each step. I don’t know whether she was new and not properly trained or what. After spending almost an hour there, when I was told the price I considered leaving and shopping around some more, but I’d already invested so much time into it that I gave up and agreed to pay more. So, be warned, leave a lot of time to get through the rental process / paperwork and know that when you get to the end of that process they may try to charge you more than you were originally quoted.
