The facility is aware of this problem and could have contacted new customers with the correct info but rather let us flounder about in a completely different area 24 miles away! - Everything is done remotely. When you walk in the door youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re greeted with a a camera and screen that hopefully someone will answer. My luck has been 50%. After inspecting the reserved unit and finding it dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned. They managed to take out some cobwebs, but the floor was still covered with sand from construction. I swept for over 30 minutes to clean the unit. This place is closer to my home and cheaper than my previous location, but the customer service has been lacking. Hopefully it gets betterﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ
