- I was having a bad day since I was doing all the work of loading and unloading items for a friend who lost almost everything in the hurricane. I think Dawn saw that and it was just moments after checking in I began to think todays not that bad. Dawn was so nice and understanding. I mistakenly went to the one of Embassy and Bobby was the one who told me that I was at the wrong one. Dawn is quick on the ball. A tenant that was moving out was placing all his boxes against the wall blocking the elevator. I let Dawn know that and she immediatley went up there to address the problem.

- In the month I've been here I've seen several people walking and riding there bikes in and out all day and night. They come out everywhere from the units they live in. I've only seen 1 person in the office 1 time which was the day I rented my unit. My alarm is always going off on my unit when I arrive. I don't see not one camera. I don't feel safe leaving my unit. So I bought another lock to add to the one they give you. They had a special rent one month get the next month free. Now I know why. No one ever answers the phone or even returns my voicemails.
