- I made a reservation online. Somehow location was no where close to where it was supposed to be. Finally got to the site just before the gates closed. I was on the phone with a customer service rep. the entire time. The gate code would not work. The rep helped me. I was in the facility put the code in to get inside the building and it said to call this number because it was closed I called said number and what a nightmare! Did all the prompts to be able to speak with a human only never got a human. Instead it was every imaginable offer for DirecTV car insurance quote if I was over 50 blah blah blah and never got a customer service rep at all over 40 minutes of calling this number over and over again trying different prompts because I'm not interested in DirecTV and auto insurance quotes I have been in tears for over an hour and still no customer service rep. I went online for public storage got an 844 number call that and it was some body that had been hired to sell storage units for multiple places! It's still wasn't a public storage rep! I'm still sitting in the parking lot my car loaded I can't get inside to the unit that I have paid for online and I'm crying because I have been through so much hell trying to reach somebody. NOBODY should have to go through this!! NOBODY!
