- First, I gave the wrong date to them for my move in and Chris was happy to change the date. He even went as far as to make sure that I received the biggest discount offered and rechecked to see if I picked the correct size unit for what I was storing. Then I brought a MAC truck in that would be considered by any reasonable person to be to big for the property but again chris didnt bat an eye. He explained to me how other people have done it in the past and assured me that I can do what i need to to get my stuff in as long as i didnt block any other patrions... I have put things in other storage facilities in the past and have received poor attitudes from staff for much smaller issues. This was a great experience!!! Great location! Secure! Friendly! and cost effective not much more to ask for....THANK YOU!!!!!
