- This facility is great, clean, safe, very helpful staff. However, the contract says they “may” raise your rates every six months. Mine has been raised every possible time since I moved my stuff in. It has increased more than $150 a month. I live very close by and it is super convenient so I haven’t left yet, but if I had realized they would constantly raise the price, I wouldn’t have ever come here. My last storage place on Archer rd charged $220. I am currently paying more than $400 a month for the same size, climate controlled place.
