- I paid for climate controlled storage but I have had to put big buckets of RID to keep mold and mildew from getting in my items. A friend of mine who uses a different storage facility, told me if it is climate controlled you shouldn't have to do that. I am looking for another facility. There was a long time that the climate-control wasn't working because it was very hot, and you could feel and smell the dampness in the unit. I also don't understand why the labels for rating this facility as a storage unit doesn't have one for how the storage units are! You could have one that is "How good was climate control in unit?", another could be, "Any issues with moisture?" Any issues with mold and mildew?". I also don't believe that all of reviewers gave a 5 star rating.

- First impressions were absolutely awful!!!! First of all, my unit still had the previous tenants belongings in it & was not cleaned. I also purchased a cylinder lock online as well & I was under the impression that my lock was awaiting my arrival to my unit in my welcome bag. Needless to say no such welcome bag existed in my unit. This is a kiosk only location, but has a grounds manager. I spoke with 3 different live kiosk agents & the last agent TINA was extremely helpful. Tina finally after several attempts spoke with a manager named Alicia who was also very helpful. I was literally running from unit to unit by request of kiosk agents looking for a cylinder lock for my unit. Mind you I also had a U-Haul to unload & return by a certain time or otherwise charged last fees. After an hour of worrying & stressing over the situation, Alicia the location manager calls me & finally pointed me in the right direction of a cylinder lock. I was able to complete my task of moving in my unit after a long hot & sweaty delay. I was also compensated for the inconvenience & unprofessional experience at this location.
