- I had made a reservation at a different storage and was very unhappy with the unit and the facility. There seemed to be people just wandering around, my unit was right at the entry gate, and the doors into the unit did not lock. This facility couldn’t be more different. Very clean, the guys in the office seemed very courteous and professional, and the grounds felt secure and clean. It’s a little further away than I planned but totally worth the trade off. 100% recommend

Only thing that might make it better is lights inside the unit or right in front of the unit that would make night usage more doable. If the property were open a bit later, like 11pm would be great too, but then I'd get even less sleep during this process. Overall, great experience.

- The front desk lady was extreemly helpful and very pleasant I could not have asked for a better person. The rental experience was good but unfortunately they did not have any internal storage that was air conditioned. I had to store all 21 of my computers a server and my phone system in my living room of my house (which was free and airconditioned too) I ended up just putting furniture and storage racks in my Public Storage outside storage due to heat and humidity factors. The facility was easy to get to great hours great access. I will use public storage again but a note. In your on line info please be sure to tell everyone that will rent a unit at Public Storage, There is a State Rental Tax in Florida, There is a mandatory requirement of Insurance Rental Policy, and a $22 Administration Fee.

- The ladies in the office were very personable and helpful. They showed me the unit and all the items i might need to pack the unit correctly. The only thing that was a surprise to me was that the locks were $18 a piece and i had a unit that had 5 doors. But she was nice enough to take one of them off my bill. Overall experience was good.
