- Jody and Don were very nice and the yard appeared very clean, but I was very upset when I reserved an RV Space that it was not held for me. My space was sold on-line to another renter before I was able to move my RV into storage! They did hold a second space that came available in another week, but I had to make a special trip down there to make a payment and to sign the paperwork.

- facility is new which is nice however price increases are very unreasonable. started at $199 per month then it went to $286, now they want to go up to $387 in less than 2 years. this is ridiculous and of all the years I've been renting it never went up like this. now they have this same size unit for $155 upstairs and of course, they won't let a current customer or relative get it which also isn't standard in this business.they also won't work with customers who are complaining about these sharp increases to keep them.

- Very easy process to reserve storage unit and then go and move in. Absolutely wonderful customer service made this process surprisingly fast with no issues. The facility itself is clean and easy to navigate with plenty of room to move around. All the units indoor and drive up seem to be easily accessible. I was able to get both units on special which saved me money on my first month. Also the actual monthly price ended up being cheaper than what was quoted online which was a nice surprise! Overall this has been as excellent experience and I highly recommended making them the first place you look if you’re in need of a storage unit.
