I needed a bigger unit then first purchased and the manager was right on top of helping me out , which made my transaction very pleasurable and stress free. I will say the moving truck although was free with rental needs to be updated .Had little pick up and window leaked in rain. - I did a little search online and saw the great deal on a new storage building and decided to give it a chance. It's a very convenient spot for us. I was able to handle everything online in just a few minutes. Went the next day to check out the unit and the staff was amazing super helpful and the building was so clean and new. Many convenient access points to back right up onto a dock just the right height. I'm definitely happy I've chosen this place!

- On the first day I was supposed to move my things in, I couldn't even access the unit I had already paid for the day before because of a technical issue on their end (they gave me a non-working access code, and no one was on the property to let me in). This set me back considerably, as I had a bunch of items with me from another storage facility that needed to be unload that afternoon. Management is always taking off at random times throughout the day, so it is very often the case that you could show up during their regular business hours, and 7 times out of 10 the office is locked up, without a single representative to assist you; you'll have to call the facility hotline and hope that they can be of some service. The one good thing about this facility though is they had a nice 24-hour access bathroom, which most other facilities do not have. Other than that, you are better off skipping this place entirely. By the way, they will significantly raise their storage prices on you about every 2-3 months, so be prepared for that as well. As if all that isn't bad enough, this place also has roaches, mice, and plenty of wasps waiting for you right outside of your unit as you load/unload…oh what fun.

- Both of the representatives I worked with--Jesse initially and Marland at the Lamotte Street facility--were exceptional. Marland was professional, helpful, kind and polite to everyone who was in line to pay or check in, and his pleasantness was contagious. He explained everything very clearly and gave me several options in addition to what I had reserved. Sign-in was fast but thorough and he patiently answered my questions. The facility is clean & well-maintained. It's apparent that the overall management and the on-site personnel are proud of the service they provide and dedicated to making personal storage a pleasant experience for their customers. My only suggestion would be to have more signage on the floors directing renters to the units by number, and to the elevators so they are easier to find when leaving. The exit signs led me to stairways that were alarmed and it took a while to find the corridor leading to the elevators.
