- The staff was super friendly. The check in and check out process was great. The only thing that they should disclose to you online is that at some facilities, you are REQUIRED to purchase a cylinder lock prior to signing the lease. Some folks may not be prepared to spend the extra $19.99 plus tax. The manager did a great job expressing this to me in the followup phone call and even went as far as to provide the sizing so I can attempt to purchase my own. I ending up buying one at the facility. You can, however, place an additional lock on the unit as long as you advise the staff. I design detention facilities and can attest that this facility has a firm grip on the overall building security and access.

- The storage building was super clean and high security which was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful and willing to flex with my needs. The only small change or request would be to have longer hours to have access to your belongings, as you are only allowed to your unit during business hours, even though you have a personal code and key... so it makes it a little challenging if you only have access till 5pm on Sundays

Two elevators, plenty of carts and the manager does a great job keeping the facility spotless. At a different company in Boulder, I was paying twice as much for an outside locker half the size of my current climate controlled unit; very pleased and I highly recommend!
