- When I rented the unit I indicated it was for my tools on the insurance plan required. I also asked about building shelves in my unit and it was okay as long as the shelves were not attached to the walls.I had all of the shelves pre cut and was installing them when the lady came up and I said I couldn't use my tools inside the unit.This makes no sense. I should have went with my first impression of this place and drove away.The road up to the place is littered with trash. The place is clean but the lady had corporate written all over her. I let her push me through the paper work so I'm taking the blame.I think the lady could have handled this much better if she took off the corporate jacket

The driveway between storage doors are narrow and especially when other tenants don’t pull their car close to the building but park in the middle of the driveway then backing up around sharp corners is necessary if your in a hurry. Storage unit itself is clean and the door is easy to lift.

- The young lady at the Counter was courteous and professional. She answered all my questions and made proper inquires to suggest the options available; and showed me the actual Units. The location was a selling point because it is conveniently adjacent to the Freeway and relatively new development. I could have found storage at 5% to 10% lower cost but they were in slightly less desirable locations.

- I talked to 3 different representatives before finally moving in, the first two where very friendly however it seems that they may have missed something because when I got to the facility and had questions it seems that my reservation wasn’t completed. The last representative was very thorough but too much by the book. I couldn’t get service on my phone at the facility and I had to drive over to Starbucks to complete my reservation before he would allow me to put my stuff in the unit. It would have been nice if he could have worked with me to make it a little easier or if I could find someone on the facility to help me finish up with my reservation. Other than that little mishap the facility is very nice and very clean. Price was very reasonable. I did run into someone that I believe works there on my way out.
