- The day I moved in there's 3 storage unit broke-in and people(customers) were there. As a webt to the office to asked for their combination lock number, the customer service lady is kinda rude as I entered the room. I have a speech disability that she typing my wrong unit number and I showed her the paper receipt that this is what I recieved to clarify. I am looking for another storage unit near my area today.

- The drive from Placentia was a nightmare, but Chanell Battle was a saving grace when we got there. She was ready to go with paperwark and information. The space was ready for us to use and we were done in less than 30 mins. Ms Battle is a real asset to Cubesmart and we'd recommend her and Sparefoot Cubesmart on Arlington in Riverside to all out friends and family.

- My husband & I were very happy to have found a storage facility close to home with the right amount of space and value at just $18/mo for a 5x5 unit. However, we experienced some access issues with the entry gate and had to call several times for assistance. We were also told out first month would be free but we were charged the first month plus additional fees. The represntative told me over the phone our 2nd month would be free since we had already paid but then our card was run again after not even having the storage for a whole month.
